Terms of service

These terms of service (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of the Wavnil website and application (the "Service"), provided by wavnil.com ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Wavnil lets you plan, create, schedule and publish content to third-party platforms (social networks, blogs, messaging apps and more), collaborate with your team and use artificial intelligence features. Features and limits depend on your plan, as described on our pricing page.

2. Your account

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your country, and provide accurate information. You are responsible for your credentials and for all activity under your account. Tell us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access.

3. Free trial

Every plan starts with a 7-day free trial. A valid payment card is required to start it. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your subscription starts automatically and your card is charged for the plan you selected. One trial per customer.

4. Subscriptions and payment

  • Prices are shown in US dollars on our pricing page; taxes such as VAT may be added depending on your location.
  • Subscriptions are billed in advance, monthly or yearly, and renew automatically for the same period until cancelled.
  • Payments are processed by our payment provider, Stripe. We never store your full card number.
  • If a payment fails, we may suspend access to paid features until it is settled.
  • We may change prices for future billing periods; we will tell you in advance, and you can cancel before the new price applies.

5. Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel at any time from your billing settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep access until then. 6. Your content

You keep all rights to the content you create or upload. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive licence to host, store, process, reproduce and publish that content solely to operate the Service for you (for example, to publish a post to the platforms you selected). You are responsible for your content and must have the rights to use it.

7. Third-party platforms

Publishing relies on the APIs and terms of third-party platforms. You must comply with their rules. We are not responsible for their availability, for changes to their APIs, or for any action they take on your accounts. Some features may stop working if a platform changes or restricts its API.

8. AI features

AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete or similar to content generated for other users. Review it before publishing — you are responsible for what you publish. AI features are subject to the monthly allowances of your plan. Do not submit sensitive personal data to AI features.

9. Acceptable use

You must not use the Service to: send spam or unsolicited messages; publish illegal, hateful, harassing, deceptive or infringing content; distribute malware; attempt to access other users' data or bypass usage limits; or break the rules of the platforms you publish to. We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.

10. Availability and changes

We work to keep the Service available and secure, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may update or discontinue features. We will notify you of material changes to these Terms at least 60 days before they take effect.

11. Liability

The Service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits or data loss, and our total liability is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

12. Termination

You can close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms. After closure, your data is deleted within 1 year, except where the law requires us to keep it.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by French law. Disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of [COURT CITY], without prejudice to any mandatory rights you have as a consumer in your country of residence.
